Christmas holidays were a time of family, friends and relaxation. We loved Christmas Day with the C's and the E's, along with Gran. Christmas would not be the same without time together some time along the way. Thank you E's for making the journey down to us so that we could be together. We loved sharing in the treasure hunt experience and seeing the home made Christmas presents like the fantastic archery target.
Of course the hangi with the C's was fantastic also but then R has mentioned that in her blog and we have all loved the pictures.
We spent a day out at Mayor Island with our good friends on the most beautiful clear day. Luxury travelling, great company and magnificent scenery!! Dinners together with 'the crew' were fun. It is great to have such lovely friends. They are treasure.
Then we loved time with the L. family from Sydney. Beach, times with Nana and a great BBQ at our place were highlights.
We are fortunate indeed, to have a family and to have friends such as ours!
