In the last two weeks I have marked:
2 class loads of Year 12 research assignments = 54 multi paged assignments
10 Year 13 multi-paged Literature research out of 27
2 lots of Year 11 exams - 1 essay and 1 Reading of Unfamiliar Texts - 54 in all.
2 lots of Year 10 exams - same as for Year 11 - 54 in all.
4 lots of Year 12 exams as I have 2 classes = 108 in total
1 lot of Year 13 Reading of Unfamiliar Texts = 28
I have one more Year 13 essay = 28 in all to go
I also have 18 more Literature research assignments from Year 13 to complete.
Plus - by Monday I have 4 sets of reports to write - 4 classes, each with 27 students so that is 108.
Despite all of that, we had a fabulous dinner - in a lovely warm home, with A home. We are having new friends here for lunch tomorrow and are going to old friends for dinner tomorrow night. And...I WILL - God willing get them all done in time!!!
