The flight:
Nothing to listen to; nothing to read as my book was packed; nothing to watch as the one film, a Bollywood one, was in Hindi and subtitles are too far away to read. However, we managed to create our own fun. So much laughter and even near hysteria!!
Descriptions of the airoplane meal:
"The strangest meal I have ever eaten"; The lentil combination: "A little bit like a combination of beef and gravel"; Someone trying to appeal to a multitude of tastes and ending up appealing to no-one.Milky grated carrots with almonds; Green chicken curry - very, very green; vegetarian version = green coloued tofu. J requested red wine and received white.
Descriptions of noises heard:
Endless bongs of the bells requiring service. Never heard anything like it before!!! Must be the most demanding people we have ever known. Was so great that every time we heard another bong, we would all collapse in a heap of laughter. Became hysterical after a while and kept us all entertained.
